Otis Joins PHC

Otis has two meanings:
Greek for "keen of hearing" so he will be alert and tuned in.
German for "wealth or fortune" so you will probably have a wealth of happiness with this little man.

Otis is a very easy going pup and is happy to go with the flow regardless of what is happening.  He is a cheerful fellow - especially after his release from the pound.  Otis is about 3 - 4 months old and is possibly a ridgeback X.
